- You'll receive a digital proof to approve.
- Once approved, we'll provide your finished high-resolution digital portrait.

Photo tip: For the best result, upload the clearest original photo you have, ideally in natural light with your pet's key facial features clearly visible. If we think another photo would produce a better portrait, we'll contact you before creating your artwork.

Creation & delivery
Please allow approximately 2–4 business days for us to create and carefully quality-check your portrait. We’ll then email you a digital proof to review.
Once you approve your portrait, your high-resolution digital artwork will be delivered by email, ready to download and enjoy.
